FAQ:

** To place an order for any items you like on this site, simply fill in the 'Order Form' link on the sidebar. Please allow about 1-3 weekdays for me to reply to your enquiry/orders.(Due to my being occupied on weekends, replies will mostly be done on weekdays. Sorry!)
**Prices stated on this site, and all payment to be made, are in Singapore dollars.

Method of Payment:
* Singapore: I-banking/ATM fund transfer (UOB or POSB)
* Overseas: Paypal only(charges apply at 3.4% + $0.50 SGD).

STEPS TO TAKE :
1. To order, just fill out the Order Form (under 'Links'). Indicate if you're opting for registered mail (Please allow for longer delivery time for registered articles).
2. You will receive a confirmation email from me with payment details and postage costs within 1-3 days.
3. Next, proceed to make payment within 4 working days of my email (or orders will be cancelled and buyer noted against future purchases unless with valid reason, ie blacklisted) & email me so I can trace your payment. Thanks!
4. You will be notified by email when I send out your item(s), after I've received your payment.
*NOTE: Orders once sent are not cancellable. So please email any queries you have before making your orders.

Postage for Bags & Apparel:

- Singapore/local normal mail:
BAGS-SGD$3 per bag.
APPAREL-SGD$1.50/pc (1-2pcs), SGD$1/pc (3-4pcs), flat rate SGD$4 (order of 5pcs & above).
- Overseas mail: Varies depending on weight and packaging. For rough estimates, pls refer to: Singpost
- Please add additional SGD$2.50 on top of postage if opting for registered mail, bearing in mind that it takes a little longer than standard mail delivery since your package is tracked in the process.
- Meetups are possible but only for urgent cases, subjected to a charge of SGD$3. MRT Locations are to my own convenience & timing (enquire with me): Green line-Boon Lay to Raffles Place, Red Line-Jurong East to Woodlands.

Packaging:
- Items will be packed in simple plastic adhesive packs (I keep it simple to minimise your postage cost) and delivered by local normal mail within 3 working days (for Singapore) after the payment has been received and confirmed.

- What's so special about ChicFits?

All items are brand new & brought in from different places overseas. ChicFits diligently selects each design to wear in style all year round. Measurements are provided by suppliers. We try to make them available to you at affordable prices, generally cheaper than malls (eg. Metro) & mostly below SGD$30. Our aim is "style with budget" & we enjoy bringing in apparels we love to share with you. (: As much as possible we try to source out designs that are not so commonly found in shops. Our apparel are not factory outlet rejects & are specially selected hence it won't be as cheap as flea sales, but still reasonably priced.

We'd love to find out more on the tastes of our customers, so send us your feedback on the styles of apparel you like & see if we might bring in something similar one day!

- Do you have a discount policy?

As of 1 Jan 2009, discount policy will be replaced with a membership system.

-What is registered mail?

In simple terms, it is trackable mail. Normal mail is sent out & delivered to you without knowledge of where the mail is during delivery process. Registered mails are tracked at different stages of delivery process:when it is received by Singpost at xx Post Office branch, delivered to which destination PO branch, when it has been delivered to your address. You can track your mail at the following link with the RA (registered article) number generated by Singpost when I send your mail out:

- How long does delivery take before I receive my items?

Depending on Singpost, most of the time it can be as fast as 2-4 working days. It rarely stretches to even 7 working days,but is possible. Nearing festive occasions, large mail traffic at Singpost would mean your items take longer to reach you. Registered mail also takes a day longer to reach due to the tracking process.

- What if the item I want is SOLD OUT?

Item status & availability is typed written BELOW each picture. Items are limited in quantity so order them fast! Usually 1-2 per color of each design is available & re-order from my supplier is not feasible as designs phase out of production within a month.

- What are 'Special' items?

These are items already selling at a discounted price & are not entitled to further discounts.

- How do I know if the items fit my size?

Measurements are obtained from suppliers with slight 2cm variation. For a rough estimate, compare the measurements given here with a blouse or bottom you wear comfortably. Generally, clothes with codes 'AJ' are slightly bigger than 'AT'. You can double check with me for specific items if you're not sure.

- Will my actual item be exactly like what I see on the website?

Lighting of pictures can vary from the actual item, other than variations of color seen with different monitors. I seek your understanding that the material quality might be different (some uses thick material, others are thin; some are soft, others feel rough), & is out of my control since they are provided by different places. Place your orders only if you're comfortable ya?

- All sales are final: items sold are not returnable. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- In the case of goods being lost or damaged during delivery, I will not be liable. But I will give my best effort to ensure your items are in good condition when I send them out.
